Beautiful blue and white Victor Costa sundress. Great boning on the bodice. Timeless silhouette with an open skirt. Comes with a matching belt. Zipper on the back (zipper does work, just did not fit the mannequin). Has pockets! Great shape, however has a small brown mark on back of skirt not very noticeable. Belt does show a little wear on one side.
