Original porcelain Texaco station sign. Double sided. Great gloss. Sign shows some hits and dings throughout the field on both sides, but displays well. This is an iconic service station sign to add to any collection. Marked "3-4-60 Made in USA". Texaco began as the "Texas Fuel Company", founded in 1902 in Beaumont, Texas, by Joseph S. Cullinan, Thomas J. Donoghue, and Arnold Schlaet upon the discovery of oil at Spindletop.
